Continental Sports Academy

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Continental Sports Academy sporting activities for your child over the summer holidays.

All sporting activities will be supervised by professional sport coaches, qualified from Physical Education Colleges and who train at the top sporting clubs around Egypt.

The Continental Sports Academy is available for students, their friends and family members.

Swimming Academy

Your child will be evaluated by our swim coach and put into an appropriate level for his/her ability.

In order for the coach to find the appropriate level for your child, the evaluation will take place before the academy begins.

Please note that all evaluations will take place after school hours.

Football Academy

football A way to keep fit and have fun at the same time is playing football. This sport is great for developing leadership and sportsmanship skills.

Physically, football increases aerobics capacity and cardiovascular health. The sport builds strength, flexibility and endurance, whilst working on muscle and bone strength.

Basketball Academy

Basketball is a great way to keep fit and keeps your body active and your mind sharp! The quick sprinting, stretching and dribbling all help to exercise the muscles of the body. The stretching that happens whilst playing basketball is very good for releasing any tension that has built up in muscles. Aside from the physical advantages of basketball, it is a team sport that is great for helping to build team spirit!

Karate

Karate is excellent for your physical health, helps you to develop a strong, supple body, and helps to increase aerobic fitness. Karate is good for mental health as it demands concentration and the remembering of complex sequences of actions, quick decision making and develops the shortening of reaction times.

Thai Kick Boxing

Muay Thai is a fighting technique that stems from combat. It uses the knees and elbows as well as kicks and punches. It is a martial art, aerobic fitness program and a useful form of self-defense.

Pony Club Academy

For children who love to be around animals and get fit at some time, the pony riding team has a great summer program for you! As well as basic pony riding training, you will be helping out with the general care for the ponies, including feeding and! Pony riding is a very good way for developing physical fitness, balance and coordination.
