Introduction
The CLS is a co-educational language school that follows the Egyptian National Curriculum but the medium of instruction is English. The School is fully accredited and licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The school is open to boys and girls from preschool age up to the end of their secondary education and the maximum number of students per class is 20. The school has maintained its position at the forefront of children’s education since its inception in 2000.

 History of the School

The Continental Language School (CLS) is a continuation of the success story of the Continental School of Cairo (CSC), which was first established in 1994 as a British Special Education School. In 1999, the founders decided to provide mainstream education of an unparalleled level. Work soon began to implement this ambitious plan and the Continental Language School was born in September 2000. Since its inception, the CLS has established and maintained ethics and academic standards of the highest level. Today, both the CSC and the CLS stand side by side in their new purpose-built campus and are justifiably proud of their widely recognised status as leading schools.

The Continental Language School is divided into 2 schools; the Junior school and the Senior School.
